CPBLS was founded in 2015 in partnership with CCLC and two leading commercial law firms: Allen & Overy and DLA Piper. CCLC is the UK`s leading child rights organisation and is part of the Coram group of children`s aid organisations. CCLC is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer with expertise in immigration and citizenship law to assist business lawyers with free legal advice and representation for children, youth and families with immigration and citizenship cases outside the scope. The successful candidate must participate in clients with lawyers from partner law firms and then supervise the lawyers in the preparation of the client`s requests – conducting a number of cases at the same time. They are expected to ensure that the project adopts a target number of cases and has the greatest possible positive impact on a vulnerable clientele. KINoD UK is a partnership that provides free and specialised immigration advice and representation for children and young people and their families. This is a collaboration between Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) US, Central England Law Centre, Islington Law Centre, CCLC and Just Right Scotland. Uk agencies employ each of the supervising lawyers/lawyers with the training, guidance and support of business lawyers, who in turn provide the advisory service on a pro bono basis.
