Media Access warrants to act with probity and at all times to act lawfully, in particular in relation to data protection, human rights, privacy and intellectual property law

Media Access will not engage in any activity, which would constitute a cause of action for breach of privacy or misuse of private information, in accordance with common law or otherwise; nor will Media Access breach any criminal law or engage in activities, which may be deemed to be in Contempt of Court or involve itself in harassment, malicious communications or other activity, which would be actionable in the Courts. Media Access will not engage in defamatory action

Although not obligated to do so, in the United Kingdom, Media Access Limited, undertakes to complete research in accordance with the protocols to be found in the Editors’ Code of Practice
