At Media Access, we direct all potential whistleblowers to a UK press agency, established in 1997, which has offices in the UK and the USA. The Agency acts in accordance with an Ethical Charter and will provide you with various legal and whistle-blowing information fact sheets; if the Agency decides there is no media interest, it will continue to provide advice to ensure your security. For security reasons, we have agreed not to publish the name of the Agency on this website but will willingly pass on your enquiry or advise you of contact details
At any level, whistleblowing is problematic, if not potentially dangerous and security is essential. There are various websites offering whistle-blowing advice and there are press agencies, capitalising on whistleblowing activities. We would not recommend the use of most of those agencies and even at the lowest level of disclosure, would not encourage a whistleblower to act, without first seeking professional advice.

Joseph Pulitzer, the most powerful newspaper publisher of 20th century, stated.
“There is not a crime, there is not a dodge, there is not a trick, there is not a swindle, there is not a vice, which does not live by secrecy. Get these things out in the open, describe them, attack them, ridicule them in the press, and sooner or later public opinion will sweep them away.”
Media Access fully endorse those sentiments and believe the media is a powerful conduit for exposures made by Whistle Blowers, worldwide; once an event is scrutinised by the media, it can no longer remain hidden from public view!
